@Eulogize: I listened to a couple of songs from Northlane's Discoveries and they were pretty good, although it's nothing I've never heard before. I'm listening to Signal The Firing Squad at the moment and I'm not very impressed so far |

03.21.12 | @PropaneNightmares: I just downloaded Burzum's self-titled and I'm sorry but I don't like it much at all. I'm trying to get into black metal but the vocals just ruin it for me; the only black metal albums I've liked are Behemoth's first albums |

03.21.12 | although I'm listening to Behemoth's black metal first stuff right now and it's pretty cool, a bit generic at parts but overall it's nice |

03.21.12 | @MalleusMaleficarum: I listened to all of the stuff you rec'd me and here's what I thought about them:
Craft Spells - Idle Labour: It was pretty decent, I’ll listen to it more to see if it will grow on me though.
Emarosa - Relativity: I listened to about 5 songs from it and I thought it was good but nothing really stuck out to me, I found it to be pretty generic.
Here We Go Magic - Pigeons: I found it to be really odd; I didn’t like it at first but as I listened to it I started to like it more and it’s pretty great.
Iceage - New Brigade: I’m sorry but the vocals just kept me from enjoying it.
Joyce Manor - Joyce Manor: It was okay, I’m just not big a big fan of pure punk rock.
Kvelertak - Kvelertak: This was pretty good, I’ve never heard anything like this so I find it pretty interesting.
Minus the Bear - Highly Refined Pirates: This was really awesome, I think I’m going to enjoy it quite a lot. Thank you very much for rec-ing this, my good sir.
My Heart to Joy - Seasons in Verse: This was really good, at first I didn’t like the vocals but I’m liking them more as I’m listening to it.
SBTRKT - SBTRKT: It was meh, nothing really stood out when I listened to it.
The Get Up Kids - Four Minute Mile: I didn’t like this all that much because of the vocals and the production.
The Weeknd - Echoes of Silence: I liked this quite a lot, he has a great voice.
Women - Public Strain: I thought this was pretty awesome, I think I’ll be listening to this quite a lot so thanks for rec-ing it. |

BlazeWilson
03.22.12 | @Fluttertrank Last year metalcore was mostly what I listened to so it's not really expanding my tastes lol but yeah I've listened to almost all of those and most of them are really awesome |
MalleusMaleficarum

@Dimor I've tried Nile but I can't get into them because I don't like the vocals. I've listened to Hate and they're pretty good, I'll try to get the others some time today after I get all the other recs I've been given. |

BlazeWilson
03.22.12 | Yeah with most of the music I listen to it has to have good vocals for me to enjoy it and I don't really like their vocals so yeah. And I'll do that, thanks for the recs |
