Fav Pop Punk and Ska Punk: The 1990's

We all had those genres that we dug for a while, but then fell out of. For me, that included rap and hip hop in my youth, and punk and country in my teens. After jumping from genre to genre, I finally settled in metal (where I have resided for a long time). This list includes my favorite 12 pop punk and ska punk bands.
12Face to Face
Face to Face

Another fav album of mine back in the day.
11Reel Big Fish
Turn the Radio Off

I know, this was a bit of a lame band, but I dug this album.
10No Use for a Name
All The Best Songs

Mainly heard NUFAN on samplers, but I loved every song I heard.
9Grinspoon
Guide to Better Living

Another band that was part punk, part metal, and not much like anything else out there.
8CIV
Set Your Goals

All about some "Et Tu Brute?"
7The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Question the Answers

Not the album that took them to the masses, but the one that I liked the most.
6The Urge
Receiving the Gift of Flavor

Was this ska, was this punk, or was this metal? It was a strange hybrid of all, and great!
5Less Than Jake
Losing Streak

Took ska punk to the extreme. Saw them wipe Blink 182 off the stage, which was great (as I hate all that is Blink 182).
4Me First and the Gimme Gimmes
Have a Ball

First heard MFATGG in punk samplers and was hooked. This was my favorite albums of their covers.
3Sublime
40 Oz. to Freedom

A great mix of ska and punk, before they broke into the mainstream
2The Offspring
Conspiracy of One

I know, this was released in 2000. However, to me, it was a great mix of punk with their more popular stylings.
1Bad Religion
All Ages

Was there a better punk band? Yes, but not to me.
