| Le Gym
This semester I've finally decided to quit being such a lazy-ass honky and go to the gym on a regular basis. The Shuffle has done wonders for me, and I really doubt I would have been able to make it through a lot of my workouts if it weren't for these songs. Recs on other good running/pump-up songs are absolutely appreciated. | 1 | Thrice Silhouette | 2 | Rodrigo y Gabriela Stairway to Heaven | 3 | Between the Buried and Me Sun of Nothing | 4 | Ants of the Sky | 5 | The Receiving End of Sirens The War of All Against All | 6 | Saturnus | 7 | Coheed and Cambria In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 | 8 | Bear McCreary Prelude to War | 9 | Dethklok The Cyborg Slayers | 10 | Thrice The Messenger | 11 | Underoath Writing on the Walls | 12 | Casting Such a Thin Shadow | 13 | It's a Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door | 14 | Manchester Orchestra Where Have You Been? | 15 | Disturbed Rise | |

12.03.10 | I know I left off a bunch. Coheed - Gravemakers and Gunslingers; Thrice - The Weight; Demons & Wizards - Crimson King, Beneath These Waves, Heaven Denies; practically any Of Machines Song. Also, the BtBaM stuff is great for distance running, but God help you if you even think of attempting to keep stride with the rhythm. | Fuff24
12.03.10 | I like listening to focused hard dance or techno when I run/excerise but nice list | TheStefan

12.03.10 | Start taking Kre-alkalyn 1500, Jack3d, eat healthy and work out 4 days a week. Throw in some longboarding, or any recreational cardio. | thecheatisnotdead
12.03.10 | Kre-alkalyn 1500, eh? Sounds impressive. |
