Old Actors/actresses

I don't know if it's just me but I find that watching old movies from 40,50,60+ years beyond captivates me more than really watching anything from this time. The actors and actresses stood out to me for having more personality, more likability, the women were more beautiful, the men were actually men, and overall personified acting as a legitimate profession rather than grabbing a quick paycheck. The movies had more interesting plots and developments, a more ethical structure, better dialogue, and a sense of atmosphere that cant be replicated. Some of my favorite movies and performances.
1Forest
Like a Blaze Above the Ashes

Audrey Hepburn: Breakfast At Tiffanys, and Roman Holiday
2Raven Dark
Berustet av Kriegsdronnet

James Dean: Rebel Without A Cause
3Drudkh
Estrangement

Cool Hand Luke: Paul Newman
4Nokturnal Mortum
Lunar Poetry

Modern Times: Paulette Goddard and Charlie Chaplin.
5Branikald
Frost Vision

George Peppard: Breakfast At Tiffanys
6Kataxu
Roots Thunder

The two couples in People On Sunday. Pretty interesting fact was that all four characters were pulled off the street and their real life professions were detailed in the movie/documentary. The mannerisms and atmosphere of Berlin youth in pre WW II Germany. was pretty exciting to watch.
7Graveland
The Celtic Winter

Natalya Bondarchuk: Solaris
8Ulver
Bergtatt

Alain Delon: Le Samourai. Johnny Depp's suaveness has nothing on this guy.
9Incarnator
Nordic Holocaust

Enitre cast: Beauty and the Beast 1946 by Jean Cocteau.
10Perdition Hearse
Mala Fide

Clint Eastwood:For a Few Dollars More. Everything ive seen from him from 1965 to today is ace. The man is an icon.
11Burzum
Filosofem

Zombies: Night Of The Living Dead
12Darkthrone
A Blaze in the Northern Sky

Robert Redford: Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid
13Emperor
In the Nightside Eclipse

Andy Robinson: Dirty Harry. The villain of all villains. Never have I seen a movie where the villain has royally pissed me off so much. Apparently im not the only one. His performance as Scorpio was so realistic and so evil that he was getting death threats.
14In The Woods...
Heart of the Ages

Tatsuya Nakadai: The Sword of Doom. The coldest, cruelest most apathetic bastard ever. A samurai with no conscience or remorse. Last part of the movie is him going insane and killing people for a good 20 minutes. Sequel was supposed to be made but never was.
15Carpathian Forest
Through Chasm, Caves And Titan Woods

Ralph Meeker: Kiss Me Deadly. The pinnacle of broness. In this 1955 Noir classic Mike Hammer fully embodied the bro code and anti-heroism. Womanizer, bully, asshole and tough guy yet a lovable strong armed detective that you have to root for. Read in the booklet saying he was the evil that opposed the other evil. Cant agree more, it's great to have a lead character who is both protagonist and antagonist.
