Wrong. One egg has about 6 grams of protein and it's very bio-available.
Imo you need some sort of meat in your diet to be healthy. My ex when on a vegan diet for about 4 months thinking she would be able to get rid of certain problems like the skin condition she had where she could never get rid of her pimples. It made no change and she got too skinny. Her diet was on point and she ate a lot of varied foods.
Also, there's a girl that only jogs on the treadmill at my gym and and she's a vegan. She's pretty but is way too skinny. Her body looks like a skeleton.
