I think the band gives a shit about whether it can be played on the radio. That is why they released it, rather than an edgier cut. This is how musicians make a living.

maybe some bands but defs not all. not everyone cares about making a shit load of cash, a lot of bands (since there are a lot that play non-friendly radio music) don't give a shit about being on the radio.

i'm pretty sure closure in moscow is one of 'em.
