Crazy Town stream new album

2015-08-29 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 19 Comments
Crazy Town have posted a full stream of their long delayed 3rd album, The Brimstone Sluggers, online via ArtistDirect.

The album, dedicated to late turntablist DJ AM, is a move towards alternative rap, leaving behind the duo's previous nu metal attempts as they abandon the full band in the studio, and are currently without a live guitarist after the departure of Ahmad "Deadsie" Alkurabi earlier in 2015.

The Brimstone Sluggers is out now via Membran Media.

I'd say this is their first average album ever released.

I say that because their first 2 albums are laughably poor outside of their radio singles.

My review of it. Far from their worst album but still pretty damn average.

For what it's worth, I did buy it. Partly out of courtesy for reviewing it, and also cos it's actually quite fun if you're not looking for serious music. Sometimes it's ok to just listen to something that's just stupid.

Ahahah they're still around?? Tell those dudes it's not 2001 anymore. Their first one was decent, but last time I listened to it was maybe 2002...
