pop punk is like every other subgenre. when it's bad, it's bad. when it's good, it's good. sure, simple plan, good charlotte, all american rejects, and all those groups suck, but stuff such as green day, billy talent, taking back sundays debut, yellowcard, and even some blink all rule. the problem with pop punk is its image. but to say that all pop punk is bad is ridiculous.

This song is great, he approaches the topic at an introspective level, rather than trying to preach it. Also, it's hard to call this song "Pop Punk" or even Relient K "Pop Punk" They kinda left the genre a while ago.
