I was just talking about this! I sure do hope it's good, that first song was nothing to write home about :[

Keep seeing my whiteboi crew name drop this band.

Looks like a Swancore supergroup

It's quite the swancore group, but honestly Sianvar is the better supergroup

Is Strawberry Girls considered Swancore?

I've never really considered them swancore, more so just proggy jazzy goodness

That's what I thought, they get brought up very so often when talking about Swancore.

It's only because Zachary Garren was w/DGD for awhile & has done some guest work on a few of their albums since he left. They're very much a part of that scene without musically adhering to it.

Zac is on a bunch of Mothership tracks, and he's doing a couple songs on their new album I believe.

With Will contributing to so many projects. I think it's pretty cool/reasonable that Zac, Andrew Wells and Martin from Secret Band have had their hands in the songwriting pot lately.

link's missing a colon

so basically this is a slightly more accessible ALLB with some not-great mixing

but it's pretty good, I missed Kurt

Feels like an ALLB B-side track but with a serious lack of instrumental charisma

Kurt's an amazing vocalist but he can't hold up an entire album of similar songs like that on his lonesome

song is toned down in the best way possible, i love me some noodle but all other swancore gets a bit too wankery at times. sergio is the main behind these tracks and i think he said he wanted to go for a less hectic sound overall, leaning more toward modern alt rock? anyway, im excited for the rest of this.

also i like how it says 'On this record, Royal Coda is' on the bandcamp page, are they planning to have rotating members? that'd be cool.
