Maybe it's just my crappy earbuds but the drums sounded pretty weak here. I liked the chill bridge, but everything else felt stuck in second gear.

But I'm still hyped for more Touche

As a Touche Amore fanboy, I think this song is pretty dope.

His lyrics and their songwriting as a whole are getting really stale.

I've never been the biggest fan of Ross. I loved the Night Verses release he did but the production was the worst part about the album. This sounds unmixed and raw.... Which is what Ross Robinson's stuff is like.

He's definitely a different type of guy. He doesn't allow behind the scenes recording in his studio.

Good song but yeah, Robinson's production doesn't work with this. The drums sound completely flat and don't meld with the rest of the music, they stick out in a really unflattering way. The guitars don't have the same punch as they did on Stage Four either. Overall just a really muddy and boring mix that sounds like a demo (which it might be, I don't know).

This is the same guy that ruined The Cure's S/T too with equally horrible production.

Sounds soo much worse than Stage Four. I hope they chose to not continue working with this guy.

unfortunately this probably won’t reach the heights of stage four

fully expect that to be their magnum opus

Me too. I was shocked that that wasn't considered their best by a lot of their fans upon initial release.

mixing took a nose dive but the core of TA's sound is still there and I'm ready for it.

tbh Is Survived By will always stand out as their magnum opus to me, but i can honestly see an argument with each of their albums as being their best. but yeah, mixing on this one is a bit offsetting, and it's not jeremy's best vocals by any means. still, far better than a lot of post hxc that's going around these days

everhthig Ross Robinson has done bar worship and tribute has fucking abysmal production and this is no exception ugh

song is alright outside of that but why’d they decide to go with him of all people?

production is pretty flat here. I feel like I've also heard this TA song before. Combination of some of their highlight songs. pretty meh up until the break at 2:09.
