This is pretty bad.
|
| |
Is Sin Quirin still in the band? If so, pass.
|
| |
It's slightly boring
They haven't mentioned anything regarding Sin Quirin.
|
| |
I'm extremely disappointed in Al for trying to brush it under the carpet.
|
| |
I know Al and Sin are good friends, however, I always thought Jourgensen with all his issues didn't allow such behavior in his camp

Is this fucking TMZ? All this gossip and nothing about the song...
|
| |
proper cringe bop

I assumed it would be shit. I can't hear it because Youtube is blocked, but I figured it would be terrible. I hate when people say bands should have quit after a certain album was released, but Al seems to have lost all ability to write anything good.

I hope for one album with Paul Barker before calling it a day. At least to bring back some of that industrial groove stuff into the mix and ride together into the sunset.
|
| |
Yeah Ministry's downfall is really a painful one to witness.
|
| |
“How concerned are you?” I’m not. I lost interest a long time ago.

It's almost like they were never good...
Oh wait
|
| |
i thought this wasnt bad at first but then i realized i just forgot to pause what was playing on apple music
|

Kind of sounds more like something Oomph! would do. Which I can see why this would anger people who were fans of their original style more.
|
| |
--It's almost like they were never good... Oh wait--
They've never had an album that was classic from start-to-finish, but they've definitely had some classic songs.
|
| |
They've got a handful of decent tunes, but on the whole I don't think they were ever anything special. Honestly preferred their synth-pop stuff over anything released after 1986.

So what you're saying is that he should have quit after the Bush trilogy? hahaha
|
| |
Ha ha. I guess I kind of am saying that. The Last Sucker is the last Ministry album I appreciated, but Rio Grande Blood was the last one that was really great, IMO. I finally listened to this song, by the way, and it sounds like a Killing Joke outtake. Not as terrible as I assumed, but not great.
|

Glad to see you're still kicking around these premisis Willie!
And I agree, Rio was his last great album.
