oh my lord how it twinkles
too much

Beautiful song. Really gonna miss Steve's drumming.
|
| |
Pretty good. Better than anything off LP3 though I wasn't big on that album.
|
| |
Wtf? Maybe you’re thinking of LP2 which was forgettable. LP3 was incredible. This is on par with that one and sounds like it could have even come from the same recording sessions
|
| |
lol nah lp3 wasn’t that great either but I know I’m in the minority on that one.
|
| |
LP3 was indeed incredible.
|
| |
LP3 is their best album
|
| |
^ brotha noooooo but LP1 is my favorite album ever made so
|
| |
LP3 >>>
this sounds like a relatively decent LP3 outtake, nice nice. yet more proof that kinsella should never be allowed to write another lyric in his life though
|
| |
nah he rules
|
| |
iiiiiii can't
have my cake and fuck it tooooo
ok i won't
make another goddamn joke
|
| |
wait Lamos is leaving? lol welp this band had a good run
|
| |
LP3 >>>>>>>
How is this tho
|
| |
The key change in Rare Symmetry makes my dingle dangle
|
| |
LP3 is my favourite American Football album too. I like this new song.
|
| |
Lmao yeah the cake line is probably the worst of his career
|
| |
I am just really enjoying tf out of that Mazzy Star cover, one of my faves from the nineties for sure.
|
| |
The cake line makes me cringe. An otherwise nice song, though.
|
| |
I'm liking this more the more I listen to it. This is my favorite song since their first album probably.
|
| |
Cake line's trash, agreed, but "Home is Where the Haunt is" might have one of my favorite couplets he's penned. Granted, that was LP2, which is somehow about to be the better part of a decade(!) old in its own right.
Anyways, really dig the song, I get sort of a ( )-era Sigur Ros vibe from some of the backing ambience.
|
| |
LP2 has good stuff on it. I think it gets a hard time being sandwiched between two better albums and I bunch of better Owen records but it's still enjoyable to me.
