Panic! At The Disco sounding like Panic! At The Disco for the 1st time in a veeeeeery long time. But it is still pretty shit song
|
| |
Definitely an improvement over the recent shit
|
| |
I wouldn't call this an improvement just because they're using a guitar again instead of a MacBook and a drum machine. This band is Shit! Out of Ideas
|
| |
If it's not as good as Vices then I don't want it.
|
| |
It isn't
|
| |
wait when the hell was he accused of sa
|
| |
Yeah I didn't know about accusations either
|
| |
This is not bad actually. I like the sort of Queen feel and everything, except for the guitar solo, and the fact it doesn't sound like old Panic!
|
| |
I don't know about those accusations either. It felt unexpected. But then I thought about it, and it wasn't so surprising.
|
| |
The song is good. The production is excellent.
|
| |
Yeah not the least bit surprising. The dude always kind of looked too squeaky clean and I guess had a Gatsby vibe.
|
| |
I would say sexual conduct is no laughing matter. But resurfacing old racist Twitter tweets that only happened 8 years ago? Well, not funny either, but I do believe that some people gets the chance to mature.

"wait when the hell was he accused of sa"
Shortly after George Floyd was murdered. He made a post about Black Lives Matter, it was his last post on social media before he was accused of a bunch of stuff, including sexually coercing underage fans, touching people inappropriately, and even being accused by Dallon Weekes of being sexually aggressive towards him. That's why he went silent on social media, because he didn't want to address it he wanted to wait it out until it died down and people forgot. He used to stream on twitch like 3 times a week, but every time he did people kept talking about the accusations and asking him to address them so he would end the streams early and eventually stopped altogether. I guess he feels like the heat is off now, and it would seem to be because the fanbase appear to have completely forgotten this man has been accused of some truly creepy shit and are eating this up. The worst part is if Brendon can continue on like this without facing anything, it's going to give other artists like Ethan Kath the courage to make a comeback
|
| |
ethan kath has disappeared into the Canadian wilderness for all we know. making weird electronic music in isolation
never kept up with Panic but their first album was sweet when i was 14.
|
| |
I gotta admit, I didn't mind this. Fun pop banger. Man has pipes.
With that said Panic died at Vices.
|
| |
But the thing is, doesn't their music always have soft eroticism from the very beginning? It does, right?!
And they even deliberately went for very flirty performances between Brendon Urie and the guitarists. If the fans who screamed for such erotic performances are the same ones who attacked Brendon's possible allegations. Then they are pretty sick themselves.
|
| |
good song

"ethan kath has disappeared into the Canadian wilderness for all we know. making weird electronic music in isolation"
Most likely, with a glock in his pocket for the day the police eventually do their job and bring him in
|
| |
what were his crimes again? i know he was a super control freak and emotionally/psychologically abused alice and maybe drugged her once or something? legit asking
|
| |
ah, nevermind, googled it. bad things indeed.
|
| |
The Brendon Urie Project doesn't have the same ring as Panic! At The Disco even though Brendon Urie is the only member of the band. His egotistical attitude probably drove away the original members of the band.
|
| |
I definitely don't know about the real life of Brendon Urie, but I liked him when I was a kid and saw him perform twice he was quite friendly to me. So I will still want to defend him a bit.

enrique iglesias ass album art
|

^ lmao comment
|
| |
First two Panic albums were good, Vices was okay (I overrated the fuck out of it in my review), and then they turned into utter shit. Not totally surprised Brendan Urie is a creeper tbh. I didn't get much out of this song, it was alright I guess but I already forget.
|
| |
i liked the first album, 2nd was weird but kinda good, vices i think i liked the first song then stopped giving a fuck (i was 16 and found post hardcore lmao)
|
| |
"enrique iglesias ass album art"
lol too acurate
|
| |
Ms. Jackson goes hard as fuck and saying otherwise is revisionist history
|
| |
Honestly Pete Bootygig did more to ruin this man's rep than anything else
|
| |
"ah, nevermind, googled it. bad things indeed."
yeah he did some FUCKED shit, truly cursed
|
| |
Pretty fun song. Hopefully the rest of the album has a similar style. The man has some crazy pipes.

Band blows
|
| |
Am I the only one who feels like Brendon's voice sounds legitimately strained here? IDK, his voice just doesn't feel as solid or steady as it did in previous albums to me
|
| |
Fever era is almost as bad as the new stuff
