Sylosis rules

this was not good
|
| |
Band has always been just awful.
|
| |
ok this actually fucking slaps though, memes aside.

As long as you're happy Flug. m/en

If pika hates it there's a decent chance I dig it
|
| |
Josh's vocals have really leveled up recently. Looking forward to the record.
|
| |
I'm also looking forward to it so I can 1 it. m/

| |
meh

I like some old Sylosis but nowadays they just seem like one of those bands that's such a bland mishmash of different metal subgenres that they occupy none of them in the worst possible way.
|
| |
better then Architects

Dammit Ford.
|

I have no strong opinion but I 100% believe that it’s better than what architects play now.
|
| |
this sounds nothing like what I remember them sounding like
|
| |
spec you would be very correct there.
|

Panzerchrist the other two singles were a lot more "typical". Deadwood in particular is a banger and a half. This doesn't do as much for me the half-time thrash stuff, but it's a good song.

Song rules, guitar tone is perfect

Sylosis normally knows how to impress, but this was pretty boring.
|
| |
Looking forward to the new record just to see, if new Sylosis will finally grab me. Haven't really vibed with anything they put out since COAA and EOTE. I can see that Josh has improved his vocals drastically, but man I miss the old melodic thrashy riffs.
|
| |
sylosis to me were always just boring thrash metal but without the grandpa lameness
what are the memes?
|
| |
Better than architects yeah
But this is pretty mid. Just sounds like they’re out of kickass riffs tbh
