I'm not picking up on the nu metal vibes. Lead singer just does a lot of spoken word stuff over the music. Regardless, I've dug these 3 singles far more than stuff they've done before. More palatable sound for me.

Masc is still the best one so far, but all of them have been great. This might be my least fav so far.

Yeah I second that sentiment but I do really dig just how comparatively eccentric and atonal it is to "Masc" and even to some extent "I Am Dog Now" which is wild considering how unhinged and feral the latter track is
