Track-by-track analysis:

2. Come Out Swingin'
After a five second intro, the fast bassline kicks in, and we're off to a "swingin'" start to the album. A personal favourite song of mine, and one I love to listen to a lot, with great guitar parts, and fast-pounding drums.

3. Original Prankster
If you haven't heard this song, where have you been? It was played constantly throughout the time this album was released, and was sang along to in cars. Redman features in this song, with a line or two in the chorus. One of the singles from the album, and one of the "poppiest" songs they've written, but still is a favourite of mine.

4. Want You Bad
And here we have another single, and another hit. With a rather cool video in my opinion, this song was a popular song back in it's airtime. We have the song beginning as soon as the track begins, as there is no little introduction. just straight into the song with fast guitars, and great vocals.

5. Million Miles Away
Single number three from "Conspiracy Of One". Wonderful backing vocals and a catchy chorus in this song makes it one to stay in your head all day. Again, a personal favourite of mine, and the vocals are not to be missed.

6. Dammit, I Changed Again
This song is one that stood out once I first played this cd. the first strum of the guitar and then the bass playing constantly, and the interesting lyrics make this a great song to listen to. The chorus lyrics aren't that good, but the rest of the song makes up for it.

7. Living In Chaos
The demo of this song, in my opinion, is better than the song itself, although the one thing I love about this song is the chorus, and dexter's shouting down the mic. The rest of the song is cool, as is the bass.

8. Special Delivery
Another song that will stick in your mind, especially the beginning bassline. Once again the outstanding chorus is what makes this song great.

9. One Fine Day
This song should've been a single. Fast, catchy, and the crowd is involved in this song with backing vocals. This song is one of the highlights of the album. A rebellious song, a wonderful song. A favourite of all who listen to it.

10. All Along
Here we have a short song, and with all short songs the Offspring write, It's fast, like "So Alone" or "Da Hui". As all albums have a "forgotten" song, this is probably it. It may be a really good song, but it could've been longer.

11. Denial, Revisited
A slow song, that many people talk about when they think of a slow, sad song about a break up. It, again, is a favourite of mine on this album.

12. Vultures
Now this song I like. A nice little guitar riff fills the whole song, and has a fabulous chorus and lyrics. It's a personal favourite of mine again, and also this song has a basic drumbeat, but has something in it that makes me really enjoy listening to it.

13. Conspiracy Of One
The title track. This song is rather familiar to another song on the album, "All Along", and sometimes i get mixed-up between the two. This song is a fast, catchy song, but they could've added more lyrics to it, and made it a bit more different from "All Along"

14. Huck It [Bonus Track]
This song should've been added to the album whether or not it's only promoting their DVD "Huck It". It's a fast song, with a cool guitar "solo" throughout. The backing vocals are very cool to listen to, and fun to join in with.

Recommended Tracks:
Come Out Swingin'
Million Miles Away
Dammit, I Changed Again
Huck It
One Fine Day

This album may not live up to "Smash", but it still is a great and enjoyable album to listen to. I do recommend you buy this album NOW.

4/5

The offspring rule is right. also I'd like to say that one of my personal favorites on this album is the title track. Its got energy in it, and its kind of poetic in a way. Another personal favorite is vultures, Its just so fun to play on guitar, easy intro, but its got that sound that makes it sound really cool. Ah I love em all

By the way, who the hell is fat mike, Brycey?

He's the bassist from NOFX.

(Brycey that is, not fat mike. Fat mike is just some 15 year old scottish kid with glasses who spends too much time on internet forums)
