Iced Earth third release "Burnt Offerings" shows the feeling to thier label at the time Century Media after finising a feud with the label and three years of nothing Iced Earth returned with this landmark album. which is my favourite album by them and im a huge fan. ill give a track by track review

enjoy

1.Burnt Offerings-
there is types of this song on the album its the piano intro. then breaks into a full force attack. wit the perfect combination of growls and singing. the chorus to me reallys stands out in being the strong point the guitar riff and drums are amazing also. 5/5

2. Last December-
a nice clean intro that shows off Matthew Barlows voice. then breaks into a very Metallica infleuced guitar riff and the vocals fit in perfectly. Matt Barlow and Jon Schaffer's mixed vocals match well and add a good contrast. good song but theres better. 3.5/5

3. Diary-
this song starts out with a cool guitar and drum beat. a very cool vocal effect enters with a perfect of signing verse. this song is very catchy. you'll be signing the chorus in no time. awesome sound. 4/5

4. Brainwashed-
this song is very religon based. but it does not make fun of jesus christ. very cool song Matt Barlows thrashy voice in this song adds a cool touch. very good one of my favourites. 5/5

5. Burning Oasis-
very cool wind sound with a cool sounding guitar. a very power metal with Matt Barlow's amazing vocal range showed in this song. you cant turn turn this song offs theres not one boring part at all. /5

6. Creator Failure-
a good song very good lyrics very well written when the song gets soft Matt Barlow's voice sounds really cool. good song but dosent match up to the rest of the album in my opinion. 3/5

7. The Pierced Spirit-
simply amazing, beautiful sounding very classical Matt Barlow's voice is amazing in this song Jon Schaffer acoustic guitar sound really nice. a very good way to prepare yourself for the next song

8. Dante's Inferno-
standing at 16:26 minutes the song is never dragged on in one part. taking through plains of hell this song shows off Iced Earth in the perfect showing all types of their style. indeed my favourite on the album. this song alone gives the album a 5/5. my rating of this song 5/5.

so this is Iced Earth's Burnt Offerings if your a Iced Earth fan or just in to metal pick this album up and put it next to Master Of Puppets it deserves it.

Pretty strong album. Iced Earth's last really good album before they started throwing in a ballad every other song. Dante's Inferno is great stuff.

Mehh review. Your track descriptions were pretty poor and it's pretty biased. Great album though.

Yeah, this review is a negatory. I still think that the first review is the best one.

Seriously dude grammar. I've read both your reviews, and they are pretty much the same. If you would merely type intelligibly, you would be a good reviewer.
