Slayers's "Seasons in the Abyss". best way to explain is thier black album not as good as thier master of puppets (Reign In Blood) but still amazing.
1. War Ensemble-
from first off this song captures you, really thrashy what i like from from Slayer. cool riff great dueling guitars in this song really fun to listen gets nice and pumped up. 5/5
2. Blood Red-
a kinda differnt sound for slayer but still leads in cool from war ensemble.i found tom's vice a little weak in thi song cool hooks not as good as war ensemble but still decent. 3/5
3. Spirit in Black-
very kick ass song captures you from the moment it begins toms voice is very cool in thsi song the chrous is very well written. catchy song i really liked this song. 4/5
4. Expendable Youth-
dave lombardo is spectacular in this song really shows his amazing drumming skills. you cant turn this song off really fun to listen to. 5/5
5. Dead Skin Mask-
simply amazing i love this song the talking in the beginning sounds cool slayer can still be heavy as hell but this isnt thrash but still its heavy as hell. near the end chrous the kid screaming is a very cool touch. 5/5
6. Hallowed Point-
very thrashy going back tot he early days with this track good to go back to the thrash after hearing dead skin mask. the solo is killer. what else to say but very thrashy and totally kick ass. 4.5/5
7.Skeletons Of Society-
going back to the speed of souht of heaven very army feeling song. toms voice is strong and very good cool song but theres better. 2.5/5
8.Temptation-
THRASH METAL. the voice effect is very cool. this song sounds really cool. i enjoyed very much good song. 3/5
9. Born Of Fire-
cool leading from temptation v ery thrashy i thougt it kind of was similar to the other stuff on the album felt kinda like filler but i still like dit. 2/5
10. Seasons in the Abyss-
the title track and after hearing this song you see why this is the title track very good song mixing all thier past albums up into one very changing tempo song i loved every minute. 5/5
not a very long album but do you except from Slayer a killer album in my opinion one of thier best albums i definately recommend this album to any metal fan
