| bloc Coincidentally, I am listening to the band Fields of Nephilim for the first time and I'm loving it. Their album Dawnrazor in particular.

| DDDeftoneDDD Well there you go buddy. Luckily I recd you two "Brit as hell" bands then...Conjurer for black/death sludge hardcore and Slugdge for black/death Prog metal. As to Thou I didn't get your "non-existent 'list'" sentence. I'm Portuguese and some times I miss some meanings. But I'm enjoying it a lot once I really dived on it. This LP marathon since morning was something else.

| bloc I wouldn't say I have a lot of post-punk ratings, but the stuff I like I really do like and The Chameleons are a good example. I love those first 3 albums for sure, but because I like that 80s synthpop sound A LOT, What Does Anything takes the 5 for me. It's easily one of my all time fav albums.

| bloc Haha no it's totally real. It's basically over a decade's worth of listening so you can imagine the number would be quite high. At those numbers, my ratings serve more as a reminder of what I thought of something lol. I am always referring back to them to see if I liked something or if I've perhaps never heard it before. Or sometimes I'll think, "no, never heard that before" but then I browse my ratings and see that I actually have haha

| DDDeftoneDDD the recs don't need to be recent ;) I've listened to Night Verses and its really good for an instrumental album. Solid 4 imo. Have you got on Conjurer's debut? Or Slugdge? They are sweet listens of the year. I've made a break to dig Thou in full...lol
