 | Lambda Ah man, so many good ones. The Naked City self-titled would be one of mine too, along with the Moonchild stuff (especially Six Litanies and Astronome), and Kristallnacht. Electric Masada is amazing too.

 | Wunderbar007 Been listening to your Recs! Thank you again! I only just started, but I'm really enjoying The Butterfly Effect. Mostly their early (heavier) stuff. Also, I still can't seem to get into Atomship..I tried before and still can't now. Anyway, thx for keeping me busy! By the way, check out Unjust if you haven't yet, I think you'd enjoy them.

 | SAW18 If you like Porcupine Tree and Opeth you should check out Katatonia. Viva Emptiness and The Cold Distance are good albums to start on. And if you like Anberlin you may be interested in Acceptance.

 | laterenima Yeah, it truly is a great album. Another couple of Australians I highly recommended (whilst not alternative metal/rock) are the John Butler Trio and Xavier Rudd. Check Xavier out, and make sure you start from the beginning of his catalogue.
