You are not missing anything at all if you skip the ep. Drown and Watch Me Burn might be decent hits for them. Capital F is actually kind of bad.

The problem with what your saying is that this site doesn't really attract people from different crowds though there are some people here from those crowds. I do agree if people want to stick to their niches that's cool as well but I think the onus comes down to what's being featured. It'd be cool if the mods featured more left of centre reviews even if they are of old albums to keep up interest in the genres etc.
