It's soft indietronica with post-rock progressions and it can be sweet and it can be boring.

Indietronica + synthpop + alternative dance, sounds like a fun and danceable record, right? It kind of is, but it's way too safe to be memorable. A tune pop in, you somewhat enjoy it, but as soon as the next track starts, you've already forgot what you just listened to

Honestly, I simply cannot connect to this band. Every little minor change in sound on every song just sounds like a bad choice. With the exception of the excellent first two songs, every song feels out of place and disconnected from the rest of the album. Too many failed experiments, and it rubs off too thickly.

Everything about this album is so incredibly full of life, love and positivity. I find these are qualities very much absent in a lot of music lately, where there is so much focus on heartbreak and melodrama instead. A life-affirming feel good album in every sense.
