One of my favorite albums ever. They perfect everything, the raps, the pop, the rock, the dance. This band can do everything and they do it superbly.

Their best 2010s album? On par with Trench. In the end, this a bunch of pop songs that have a slight electronic knack to them, as well as some rap parts that are not amazing but not irritating either. It's sometimes a bit "too" cheery musically, as if they desperately wanted to counteract the lyrics' hard melancholy.

Well, I may be on the minority here but I prefer Blurryface. The tracks here I found nothing special, with the exception being Car Radio. Car Radio is incredible and I love how Tyler's just talking and it's like a poet. The rest of the songs though are just fine. The highlights are probably Guns for Hands, Fake you Out and House of Gold, but still I didn't feel as compeled by these songs, as I were by Blurryface. The Album starts of solid and, while it doesn't drop at quality, it doesn't increase either. Even Car Radio which is fantastic feels like it doesn't fit in there. Something I usually like about Twenrty One Pilots is that they cover radio songs, but at the same time make them feel opposite. I don't think that that made sense but whatever. Here it just seems as if they are just light-friendly songs. It doesn't have what I want in an album of theirs and everything they try here, they did better at Blurryface. I'm thinking a strong 6/10.

Scratch beneath the surface. I bought this album after Blurryface becouse I didnt know many old songs this band. It was worth it to check previous album and got totally new sound of music.
