Sounds like radio-friendly rock to me.. Really like "I Am Hollywood" but this is waaaaaaay different and I'm not feeling it.

Heavy Fruit is a rather upbeat sounding post-something album that is actually quite enjoyable.

Ok so I really didn't dig this at first. And then it grew on me because everyone insisted my ears were just hearing it wrong. BUT THEN, all of the sudden my music queue went straight from Heavy Fruit into "The Seduction" from "I am Hollywood" and holy.... I miss it....

Another all around solid album, once again, from He Is Legend. Heavy Fruit and It Hates You bring a nice one-two punch from these guys. Building off the perfect blend of moody melody meets raw and heavy that they showcased to perfection on It Hates You, Heavy Fruit experiments with that sound a little further, creating some very unique, catchy tunes.
