Disorganised? Incoherent? You don't have an ear for the style, apparently, because it's irrefutable that these guys put a lot of effort and time into the music. It's not at all lacking of structure, perhaps just lacking of 4/4 timing you can bob your head to.
Branch out a bit, then see if it's a 2.5...

I am usually a fan of disorganized, incoherent metal that doesn't neccesarily have a song structure, but rather has parts of songs. But, The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza takes it too far. The songs are boring, there is nothing to set them apart from one another. It is the same monotonous screaming over recycled riffs for 9 songs. The rest of the tracks are interludes that surround a bar argument-turned-massacre. They are a waste of time; plus, there are so many of them. There are a couple of cool riffs along with some interseting noises created by various harmonics and guitar effects, but for the most part this is a dissapointing release

They get major points for the songwriting on this album. It is complex and unrelentingly heavy and fast. They also get a little bump because they can recreate this sound perfectly live, proving that this album isn't studio magic hiding mediocre musicianship.. They lose a few points however, as the OP does have a point in that all the songs sound incredibly similar and the album feels like one long track. Still though, it's a good long track, so I'm not complaining.
