This needs some dated nu-metal vibes or something, cuz otherwise this just sounds REALLY weightless and boring. The guitars are so small sounding, with the Nickelback vocals being blasted at full volume constantly. When i listen to shitty butt-rock, i need more 2000s vibes.

The Wicked One has probably my favorite chorus
from them. Other highlights include Shadows Rise,
Fields of Bone and Crimson Skies. As usual with
the recent BVB stuff I wish the pace was a bit
quicker at times. It would add variety to what is
mostly a
collection of mid-tempo singles again. Probably
their best album overall even if it's not exactly
the highest bar to cross.
