I'm pretty conflicted about this album, since i feel that most of the songs are just mediocre psych, but Rondo in particular is one of the greatest psych jams i've ever heard. The monotonous bass and drums are a fantastic backdrop to the respective, dissonant guitar and organ jams, and the whole thing kind of ends up sounding like an even more demented version of Hard Lovin' Man.

Great album of psychedelia! Keith Emerson's keyboards obviously dominate but there's nice diversity in the songs and the singing is good (which it wouldn't be on subsequent albums)
