4.0 excellent | Gene Gol CONTRIBUTOR | December 23rd 21 | Oh hell, Tricot deliver another solid-ass album in their long line of solid-ass albums. The band just seems to be perfectly in tune with their skill, never venturing too far into the area of overtly formulaic, but never really delivering anything groundbreaking (for their talents) either. Still, it's a collective consistently pumping out some of the most adrenaline-infused rock music today.

3.5 great | JohnnyBBad | December 17th 21 | Tricot leans uncomfortably close to midtempo, but they're far better instrumentalists than most so the riffs and fills are still top notch... though their recent obsession with triggered (and gated) drums takes off a bit of their edge. Interesting too how Ikkyu wrote two songs basically solo, with no credit for the rest of the band. Anyway, not their best work, but a good work nonetheless.
