3.4 great | Trey STAFF | January 6th 23 | I've never really appreciated Avatarium's earlier albums, and I didn't expect to like this either. So, color me surprised. This is easily the best thing they've ever done. They dropped some of the doom elements that were clearly holding them back and replaced them with more psychedelic rock influences. These changes have made for songs that are catchier, more dynamic, and with more individual character than anything they've done before.
