mgk ruined pop punk for me. i'd like to thank sum 41 for making me not hate it again. beginning of heaven is weak, but gets better as it progresses and hell is great throughout.

Heaven :x: Hell comes 17 years too late and is still isn't exempt of stylistic mistakes - no Sum 41 record is tbf - but it's nevertheless refreshing to hear these guys put up one solid final record.

A really solid final outing by these guys, sad to
see them go. Production is super glossy and
polished which might annoy some people but I'll
almost always prefer overproduced as opposed to
underproduced...I will say, The Hell side blows
the Heaven side out of the water. Also doesn't
help that multiple songs on the Heaven side use
the exact same chord progression for their
choruses

Heaven & Hell has everything a Sum 41 fan
would want. Nostalgia filled with Heaven, and
aggressive hooks, with catchy choruses in
Hell. Will keep fans satisfied with this being
their last effort.
