These guys have been putting out great punk, even before I was born. This is the first CD I had gotten I chance to listen to that was the Misfits. It brought me into a different realm of music. "Dig Up her Bones," and "American Psycho" are recommended.

Despite what you may have heard, post-Danzig Misfits is not actually too bad. It's basically the same old horror punk band singing about zombies and killing and... well... horror. As the Misfits pretty much invented the horror punk genre. It's just that this time, the music is much more melodic, and the production is a lot better. Which... can be either a good thing or a bad thing for you. I personally think that part of the charm of the Misfits is know of how bad the production is on their earlier albums. But, I don't mind this too much. Overall, excellent album.

The Misfits have been through alot over the past 30 years. When singer and song writer Glen Danzig left the band it looked as if it was over for the horror punk band from New Jersey. After a period of time the Misfits aquired Micheal Graves. Graves brought to the Misfits a new sound. American Psycho is a fantastic album containing some great Misfits songs like Dig up her bones and Mars Attacks.
