Post-Hardcore at its finest. "The After Dinner Payback" and "Every Reason To" are awesome tracks on this CD. Ben's scream is also death-metal like, showing passionate grows to compliment Fran's whiny singing. Still a very good album.

This is the best album FATA has made, and i think that it is very unique. I like every song on the album, and i also like how the album has more that one type of music. This is very close to being a classic. This album rocks!

You know, I rarely find myself regretting having purchased an album. Usually I can salvage some sort of good quality out of any record I pick up, no matter how poor. This is simply not the case with The Fiction We Live. I recognize the fact that someone out there must like this album, but it's simply not for me. If you feel the need to listen to anything off of here, then "Lilacs & Lolita" would be your best (I use that adjective loosely) bet.
