Maybe the trippiest album ever in the history of black metal

Slightly better, but still suffers from the same issues as the first one. Generally uninteresting, baffling production decisions (Yeah yeah production on a black metal album etc., but did they really have to plaster everything in an annoying reverb that takes the impact out of everything?) and just a very worn niche when compared to bands that do it a million times better.

Honestly I thought this was just about as good as Winter. Same ethereal landscape, just done with slightly less finesse and without that absolutely incredible closer on Winter.
