i love copeland's heartfelt poetry and somber moody piano over clashing guitars. a good Cd for a good band. "you can take everythin i have, but don't leave my side,no don't leave my side"

These guys are really humble and you can see it in their music. There is no glam or sugar on the album like so many indie/emo bands around today. It's just so simple, straightforward and good. The dreamy atmosphere that Marsh creates grabs listeners and hooks them without being obviously artificial.

One of my favorite albums ever. Aaron Marsh's vocals on this album are absolutely incredible. His sense of
harmony is really impressive; some of the harmonies on this album are completely breathtaking.
The whole album has this wonderful dreamy/sleepy/wistful atmosphere that I get lost in almost every time I listen to
it. It's a wonderfully complex album as well, with soaring arrangements with many layers. The guitar tones are also
pretty amazing.
I have to disagree with the poster who said there was "no outstanding musicianship," too. Just because they're not
shredding their brains out doesn't mean that they don't show good musicianship. I personally think the level of
musicianship on this album is quite impressive. It's much better than their most recent effort especially.

My Favorite Copeland album. Every song adds to this album to make an extremely wonderful sound and excellent quality. The vocals are superb, the tunes are catchy and gripping, and the album just never goes dull.

If you are looking for something to break boundries or to shock and awe you this album is probably not for you. Nothing new is brought to the table with Copeland's In Motion. If you are looking for some rather relaxing music with tried and true melodies that flow and swell with the crystal clear vocals of Copeland's frontman then you may enjoy this.
From crisp piano melodies and smooth acoustic lines, to clever, yet not overly flashy electric licks this album drips of good pop-rock music. The album suffers from some uniformity of songs, which is slightly compensated for with some overproduction but most will see through this. It's songs seem to have similar levels of dynamics and songs can sometimes get repeditive at moments.

Occasionally cheesy lyrics
