Moving on from his previous album, "Black the Sun", Alex Lloyd has left his synthesiser and Japanese
school girl voice-actor at the door and taken a more simplistic approach in Watching Angels Mend.
The album appears to be personal, the sombre guitar work of Easy Exit Station along with Alex's soft
warbly vocals feel very real. The album is really engaging, each song seems to carry a feel of it's own
but somehow the tracks flow well together.
