Active Child You Are All I See
This is an album that I enjoy listening to at any time. This record stands apart, creating a new path for the future of R&B/synth/witch-house. Plus, any man that plays a harp while singing and blending various musical styles gets a vote in my book. Once you get used to Grossi's vocals and can see past what some may see as annoying, the timbre of his tenor voice takes you to a dream-like state.

Soundtrack (Film) Juno
Soundtrack (Film) The Great Gatsby (Music from Baz Luhrmann's Film)
Despite the obvious anachronistic tendencies from Luhrmann, I actually find this to be a pretty well-constructed soundtrack. It's precisely what I expect to balance with the lavish, over-saturated worlds he creates. He did the same with Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge, blending the expected with the incongruent.

2.0 poor
Kesha Warrior
I didn't listen to Warrior with the expectation of any musical epitome or to hear some originality. As a pop album, it's okay, with most of the songs falling into the catchy-but-forgettable category. I think one of the biggest monstrosities on this album was "Dirty Love." Poor lyrics, poor everything, despite it featuring Iggy Pop. rOthers may disagree, but Ke$ha (or should I say Kesha now?) knows her audience and for the most part stays true to her persona with the dirty-glitter-white-girl-wasted pop-rap on this album. r
