TheTripP 07.11.16	19 and 23 is where it's at. I had about an hour last night as well bit I had to call an ambulance... I live alone and sometimes have heart issues, rather palpitations or extreme heart rate, I could not sleep to save my life. Every time I was close I couldn't breathe and my heart would skip... then at 4:00am I was asleep for about 30, then woke up instantly Having what I assume was an anxiety attack and my heart was beating faster than it ever has before. I almost passed out and my whole body was shaking... I called 911 but could barely speak because I had no breath and my heart was shaking my whole body. I was scared my heart was gonna pop and i'd die in my apartment closet... Luckily they feel the closest thing is anxiety tied in with insomnia issues I get here and there... Anyways I am sorry you are going through stuff man! Idk why I felt like telling this story since I haven't to anyone but my parents.
