Drum Corps?

Any band geeks on here that follow drum corps? For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, drum corps is basically the NFL of Marching Band, and it's a criminally underappreciated art form. Here are my top 5 groups with a short video of each (plus albums I'm digging).

Plains Of The Purple Buffalo

The Cavaliers - They received the highest score ever recorded in 2002 and are
known for the complicated geometric visual design of their shows.

2Jeromes Dream
Completed 1997 - 2001

The Cadets - These guys tied The Cavies record score in 2005. They're mostly
known for doing a whole lot of weird and experimental shit (one year they were
once boo'd off the field for a show that had voiced narration from beginning to
end). They've become very controversial because of it, but they always do it well.

3Fair To Midland
Arrows and Anchors

Blue Devils - BD have more championship titles than any of the others (including
the past two years). They're known for their style and attitude more than
anything, and for their ridiculously awesome battery (drumline).

4Eluvium
Static Nocturne

Phantom Regiment - One of the only corps that still plays classical music, these
guys are known for their powerful brass.

5La Dispute
Here, Hear. III

Carolina Crown - Crown got a pretty big following (as far as drum corps goes
anyway) because of how fast they improved. They're only about 20 years old
(some of these other corps have been around for 50 or so years) and went
from getting like 7th or 8th in the mid 2000's to placing top three the past few
years.
