Went to Melbourne soundwave last night, these were the bands i saw and

First band I saw, bought the junz hard but were a lot of fun, played their niggas in

Messengers
From the first song they were very very tight as a whole band, I don't think either

I remember seeing ihw back when they used to play tiny rooms in Victoria, and boy

Lol. Caught a song and they sounded washed up and I don't know, just wasn't

Common Courtesy
Friends took me to see this one since I had nothing to do, wasn't expecting them
to be great but they were okay, huge crowd which made it a bit better 8/10 | | 8 |  | Your Demise
Ignorance Never Dies
So upsetting that YD is breaking up, and seeing them one last time was a pretty full
on experience, vocalist had a lot of heart and they were one of the highlights of

So heavy, new vocalist was decent, mosh pit was fun 9/10 | | 10 |  | Korn

So good, lead guitarist is a boss, played an old song (Ambitions) later on which

Was pretty tired by this stage but had a good set list and were very tight, probably

Creatures
HUGE surprise, I don't think one member of the band missed a note, and crowd
went nuts 9.5/10 | | 14 |  | Letlive.
Fake History
The main reason I bought a ticket and they didn't disappoint, Jason Butler went
nuts and threw himself everywhere and they sounded spot on, played a few old
songs like Muther and finished with Renegade '86, perfect end to my day, go see
this band 10/10 | |

I really wanted to see Green Day too as they were my favourite band growing up, but i've seen them before and i felt like i was going to pass out by the end of letlive. so i decided to just head home :( | tempest--
