 | Lord(e)Po)))ts yeah dude metalcore was my favourite genre once upon a time when i was much younger and much stupider but yeah i just don't dig it anymore largely, even the hidden gems. my nostalgia usually goes to times in my life that are good nostalgia, not 'awkward pubescent years' lol. but i like Johnny Truant and Beecher a lot.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts yeah the large majority. ive been moving more and more away from sampling, on this for the most part i just use samples very minorly to accentuate things here and there but its kind of a bridge between that and the stuff i have been writing that is completely sample free. Manilla, Killa Kong, and Thieves Oil are all built on a simple sample loop from n64 video games and everything on top is original composition, you can probably pick it out by ear. the other couple songs that have samples are

| Lord(e)Po)))ts actually there aren't a lot of samples. half the songs dont have any samples at all and the half that do there is no more than one sample per song.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts fair enough, i've found throughout my experience making electronic music that vocal samples can be very divisive and people either love them or hate them and there is not much in between.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts interesting choices, thats awesome. definitely not what i expected. for me personally the album is a little bottom weighted in that i think my 2 favorites are the last 2, but you surprised me with beacon hill and mango being favs so far so we'll see.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts My favourite by far is Pioneers. Love the s*** out of Games, Neon Love, The Great Escape, and Roll Down Run South. The Next Ones To Come sounds like a youtube Ad theme song for the first like minute lmao but it gets rad too.
