| Pennywise_M Holy s*** i just realised, you've been here for so long! I only arrived back in 2009 or smth, but only actually started to be active in here with this account, in 2012. Btw, soundoff written. You guys are actually pretty good, very interested in whatever comes next!

| Pennywise_M Ah i see, haha. Well fine by me, as soon as i see "mathy/punky/hardcore" tags put together something clicks and i gotta check it haha. Well honestly, you seem to have a lot of potential, it's just too early to say much about it but yea, the EP sounds cool. I took like 3 listens since it's small, i'm gonna listen again in a few minutes and i'll rate it. I'm gonna be objective and honest about it, but because you're a sputniker, i'll put in a soundoff. And thanks man, get back to me about that!

| Pennywise_M Hey dude. Are you associated with Mudbeard in any way? Just checked the EP, it's awful small but a decent listen for sure!

| dimsim3478 Georgia's really really coming up here in Melbourne and starting to make a name for herself in the rest of Australia. Even though her songwriting isn't truly incredible from a compositional standpoint, she has an undeniable talent as a performer that comes across in both her songs and her live performance. She's also closely connected with The Smith Street Band who "run this town", in the words of her roommate who is also a Sput user. You should check out her EP "With a Q" if you haven't yet.

| Puzzles Did you end up digging that Duality and the Republic record dude? Be sure to rate it ;)
| aok yea. i just hope tickets don't sell out instantly -- i've had bad luck lately. i'm either going to the one in izod center or in boston
| aok going to tool in nj you say?
| mynameischan that's how it is for me. but yeah, definitely know your influences, and always try to get new ones.
| mynameischan "real" moments because they want readers to remember that ITS NOT JUST FANTASY. gaiman is just such a deft writer and can basically do whatever he wants on a piece of paper. but yeah as far as tips go, the most important thing i can say is always read and always write. always have a book with you and always jot down writing ideas you have so that you can use them later. most of the time writing doesn't just flow when you sit down; it's an accumulation of ideas you had earlier. at least
| mynameischan i would definitely say that gaiman is a big influence. partly because he's one of my favorite writers but also because he has shown time and time again that you can tell a "fantasy" story while still being incredibly heavy emotionally and not relying on cheap fantasy gimmicks. instead of trying to fit fantasy elements into the real world, he takes the real world and weaves them into his fantasy. it seems like a lot of writers try to do it the other way around, just sort of jamming in these
