Toad otherwise this might get lost in the thread so i'll just post it here. i've had the exact same response to staff reviews before so i totally get it. it must be especially frustrating that you wrote a better review and got knocked off the spot. that does suck. my hate for xxx just happens to push me in direction of digging the review instead of being annoyed by its unprofessional manner March 22 09:59 PM
