Japandroids Post-Nothing
This is the album for those summer days, driving with your windows down, blasting music from your car even
if you have a shitty sound system. It is for when you're getting down on yourself or think you are going
through some sort of quarter-life crisis. It is nostalgic. It is also an album I can listen to from start to finish
every single time.

Touche Amore Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me
Short, sweet, somewhat repetitive, but it's still a great listen. All that angst!

The Field Looping State of Mind
I don't remember how I found out about this guy, but I'm glad I did. I had this album on repeat for a good while last year. I think I like listening to this all the way through as opposed to FHWGS, which I like a lot, but I rather skip through.

Trophy Scars Alphabet Alphabets
Not sure why people are hating the "filler" tracks. I mean, I don't usually listen to them anymore. I tend to skip over 'Alibi. Alibis.' Maybe 'Yes' and 'No' too. I've listened to this album all the way through so many times, though. I don't feel too bad about skipping over the interludes.rI also don't know why people here are saying they went "scene." That's more confusing than reading about complaints that there's are a couple minute long interludes.rI'm a little late to this party, but when this album came out in the summer of 2006 I listened to it almost everyday, twice a day, for the entire summer. It was the first time I heard Trophy Sc

Tim Hecker Ravedeath, 1972
Wonderful album. When I listen to this with a nice set of headphones, the background noises/field recordings sound like they are in the room I'm in. If I'm sort of zoning out while listening, I get confused and need to take off my phones to hear what's going on...rIt's hard to pick out a single track. I can have this album on repeat and forget that I'm listening to more than one track; everything flows nicely. The first time I heard 'In the Fog: II', though, was awesome.

This Will Destroy You Tunnel Blanket
This album will destroy you.rReally though, this album is great. I think 'Little Smoke' and 'Powdered Hand' are my favorites. I like long ambient/drone/noise, though, so I may be a little biased.rSo, if you're into that kind of stuff, listen to this album.
