Establishes an R&B sound infused with generic
pop-punk. Nothing new to the scene. |

Our Last Night Overcome the Darkness |
Our Last Night made another release that blends arena rock core with their current post-hardcore sound. It's not bad, but dull and sounds like every other "rise-core" band that are trying to get out of metalcore/post-hardcore. |

The Band CAMINO The Band Camino |
It's okay. Just similar to most of the pop-rock bands that came out such as TWIN XL, IDKHOW, COIN, Nightly, The Wrecks, and OneRepublic. |

The Word Alive Violent Noise |
Those Who Fear Unholy Anger |
Thousand Below Hell Finds You Everywhere |
Not a bad album. The worst thing about this album are the song structures are similar after three-four songs. Each song either has a silence or a synth part before transitioning into a "heavy" breakdown. I miss the melodies (guitar and vocals) that were prevalent in The Love You Let Too Close. |

Another band that wants to re-create the modern American metalcore formula Beartooth, I
Prevail, and Our Last Night created. I wouldn't be surprised if The Word Alive's next album
will sound similar to this. |
