| really very disappointing work. the band has become more of a power-pop band with gruff vocals. hardly any punk influence here. hearing more Bryan Adams than Screeching Weasel unfortunately. the reason RCR was so special was because of the dualing vocals. the loss of the 2nd vocalist has turned this band in to a bit of a bore. The lyrics have also been downgraded. the lyrics sound like bad Real Friends lyrics, and the instrumentals all sound the same. Banner Pilot could pull that off any day, but i really miss songs like "50th & Western". Don't forsee this growing on me, none the less being played ever again. |
