Patsy Cline Sentimentally Yours
Out of her releases while alive, Sentimentally Yours hits the most for me. Not only was it the last release before her tragic death, but each song carries a weight that make you want to listen through the end. Many of the classic country standards exist such as Your Cheatin' Heart, Lonely Street, Half As Much and She's Got You. This does not discredit her huge hits before such as I Fall to Pieces, Crazy or Walkin' After Midnight, but I will put this one on before her prior 2.

One couldn't imagine the last moments of a captain and their crew on a sinking vessel, on a stormy sea. The Great Lakes are a fascinating and haunting place, as the lakes can go from beautiful and serene to a scary place very quick. This album displays the haunting tone of a crew's last moments, submerging into the cold abyss. Seriously recommend this album

A lot of really great songs on here. It?s really grown on me through the last few months, and is fun to just drive
and sing along to it. The first half is still definitely stronger than the second half but it keeps me entertained
throughout.

Hank Williams Jr Songs of Hank Williams
Considering the age of Hank Jr. at the time of release, this is a standout album of his dads hits. Hearing a snapshot in time of what it might have been like to see a young Jr. sing his fathers songs. His voice at the time is slightly out of tune, which is common among his first several albums. It is clear his voice went through different phases and really fleshed out by his outlaw era. This isn't his best in the MGM era, but is certainly interesting to go back and listen to.

Passionate singing that soars in ranges similar to Jeff Buckley, to excellently layered guitar and vocal melodies, that are reminiscent of folk artists in the 70's, this is a well crafted album that doesn't disappoint. This three piece group consists of songwriter Martin Rude, and then Jonas Munk and Jake Skott from Causa Sui.
