The first time I heard this album I had just started dating the girl who would eventually become my wife. It was my sophomore year of high school and I had just gotten my license. I'll never forget how it felt to blast "Break" and "The good Life" out of my 2012 Hyundai Elontra. The teachers and school administrators were none too pleased by the sound of me rolling in and out of the parking lot every day with loud heavy rock and roll blaring through my speakers, but who cares? Those were the days when I felt the most alive. This album like most of Three Days Grace's music has aged like a fine wine. Nothing slaps quite like those awesome guitar riffs from Barry Stock or Adam Gontier's unreal singing voice. It's crazy to me that something from over 10 years ago can still sound so fresh and unique.
