Better than Meteora, not as good as Hybrid Theory. Ballad heavy, but sounds like it wants to have an edge that just isn't there. Not a bad album, just a awkward one.

Korn MTV Unplugged: Korn

Where do people keep getting "going back to their roots" out of this? It's more of a finely tuned SYOTOS with some Issues mixed in.

2.5 average
Abandoned Pools The Haunted House
Atreyu Lead Sails Paper Anchor
While not nearly as horrible as some say, it's painfully average, offering nothing that you wouldn't find better anywhere else. Kind of like a lame screamo-Adema album. Becoming the Bull is ok, as is Lead Sail and a Paper Anchor, but 2 ok songs is really all it has to offer.
Dead By Sunrise Out of Ashes
Eminem Relapse
Eminem The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)
Gorillaz The Fall
Green Day 21st Century Breakdown
Green Day iTRE!
Grey Daze Amends
It sounds like the demo versions of the songs from twenty years ago.
Jonathan Davis Black Labyrinth
Korn Take a Look in the Mirror
Not as terrible as it's made out to be, but definitely the bands low point. How this is rated higher than SYOTOS and untitled, I don't know...
Korn The Path of Totality
Korn Korn III: Remember Who You Are
Linkin Park Hybrid Theory EP
Mike Shinoda Post Traumatic EP
Mike Shinoda Post Traumatic
Every song sounds almost identical and none of them are terribly good. It sounds like Shinoda's rapping has deteriorated since 2005 and he's trying to compensate by trading Rising Tied's "indie" rap tribute with Soundcloud samples. This sounds like something a fan inspired by Linkin Park would post on their message board for free, not something the brains behind the band sat down and spent a year on.
Papa Roach Metamorphosis
Pepper Pepper
Post Malone Stoney
Seether Holding Onto Strings Better Left To Fray
Seether Finding Beauty In Negative Spaces
The Offspring Let the Bad Times Roll
Though the two lead-in singles are by far the worst the album has to offer, it's peaks never get much higher than the filler of previous albums. It's exactly what you expect it to be, with a shitty piano version of Gone Away to top it off. Nothing special.
Three Days Grace Life Starts Now
Vertical Horizon The Lost Mile

2.0 poor
blink-182 Nine
Corey Taylor CMFT
Flobots Fight with Tools
Shamless Cake ripoffs that seemed to have taken their lyrics from a 7th graders anti-war poetry slam. Mindless, self indulgent hipster jams.
Lil Wayne Tha Carter III
Limp Bizkit Results May Vary
Linkin Park One More Light
I'm a pop fan, I'm a Linkin Park fan, and none of those help the fact that this is terrible. Everything that could have gone wrong did. Nothing pays off in any way, and the best songs are only kind of good because of how they 'sort of' sound like songs the band had done better years before.
Linkin Park One More Light Live
Papa Roach Getting Away With Murder
Staind Confessions Of The Fallen
Every song sounds like a lesser B-side from their other albums. Doesn't even hold up as a throwback or nostalgia trip like the 2011 self-titled, it's just a collection of the same "Staind songs" you heard in 2003.
The Killer and the Star The Killer and the Star
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Lonely Road

1.5 very poor
50 Cent Curtis
Flymore Millenium IV V
Pretty shameless Korn knock-off, going so far as to name a song "Queen of the Damned".
Puddle of Mudd Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love and Hate
Simple Plan A Small Package for You
The Offspring Supercharged
The Offspring complete their transition into a bad parody of themselves. Between completely castrated guitar riffs, cartoonish vocals, and some of the worst lyrics of their long career, this newest album serves as another geriatric pop-punk disappointment.

1.0 awful
Eminem Encore
Insane Clown Posse Bang! Pow! Boom!
