5.0 classic
Alice in Chains Dirt
Dinosaur Jr. Bug
Mudhoney Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge
One of the most overlooked albums of the early '90's alternative rock explosion, without a doubt. Very powerful, garage, punk, sludgey blues blend with a lot of interesting twist and turns.
Nirvana Bleach
Nirvana In Utero
Nirvana MTV Unplugged in New York
Nirvana Nevermind
Okay. Here's a controversial statement: Nevermind is one the the most UNDERRATED albums of all time.
So many people look at this album as cliche because of how much attention it has recieved since '91. But the fact is, it never would have been the target of so much praise if it wasnt an amazing record in the first place. Some of the songs (like SLTS) suffer from massive over exposure, thats a given. Even Kurt Cobain was tired of hearing it by the end of his life. But that shouldn't take away from the intensity meets pop hook beauty of the song.
Forget about the cliche stigma that all the hipsters try to put on this album and just listen to how catchy and aggressive these songs are.
An amazing album...

PoM are one of the few "post-grunge" bands out there that i have ANY respect for. they took grunge as an influence and didnt just try to copy the genius of cobain and vedder for a dollar. this album is NOT perfect, but it is damn good. i would say it is better than anything that some of the grunge wannabe's like seether, bush, nickelback, or staind have ever released. definatley worth listening to...
