| Back when I was 13, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Greatest Hits pretty much changed my outlook on music. It was the first album that I truly loved, not because it was popular or charted well, I just simply enjoyed it. Since then I've gone on to discover much heavier, obscure, progressive, advanced, emotional, and technical music that by all means is probably on par or even better than this. However, this gets that extra push up, because I know that if I hadn't had heard it then I wouldn't like the music I like today. And for that I will always love it. |
